My art is an outward expression of my felt sense -- my visual vocabulary. The diction is articulated through a rhythm and fluidity of vibrant bold markings that represent the spectrum of sensation that arises in my lived human experience and the evolution of my felt sense.
Art is my resource. It is just me and the canvas. No rules. Feeling and sensations become action and each mark is made exactly where it is meant to be. It is a moment where a calm and excitable tingle dances across my skin and my heart beats with a fervor. Then comes the moment in the process of fearing that the next mark will mess the whole thing up. You take one step at a time and each mark contributes to the piece as it is meant to.
